In just a few short years Chancellor Park has grown into a thriving township of more than 1600 families and is now recognised as the leading education precinct on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.

Greater than our educational facilities is the feeling of community that has grown along with our increasing population. At the dedication ceremony for the opening of Woolworth's Marketplace the children and families of the Chancellor State School marked the occasion with a fabulous street parade.

Everything is within easy walking distance.

From childcare to pre-school and onto primary school in fact, right through to university. When you choose to live at Chancellor Park, school children are always within walking distance of home.

In addition to the Woolworth's Marketplace and the Chancellor Park Tavern, is the recently opened Chancellor Park Village Centre, which comprises of 1,350 square metres of retail space incorporating quality service and retail tenants such as ANZ Bank, Chancellor Park Realty, Bradley and Bray Solicitors, Tachi Hair Design, various food outlets and much more. Soon to open will also be a Beach House Fitness Centre. Now with all this at Chancellors Parks residents’ door steps, there will be an even greater level of services for the entire community to enjoy.
