Virtually on every doorstep, there are tranquil lakes and beautifully landscaped open space parklands, walking and bike trails that extend family home life and fun further than the garden fence. It is an estate that possesses a rich and diverse natural environment that strives for Ecological Sustainability.
Chancellor Park was designed with the lakes at its heart so all residents would have convenient access, and when complete the estate will house a total of 10 lakes. The lakes are a system of fresh water bodies that play an extremely important role with respect to environmental management and maintaining a healthy ecosystem. The primary function of the lakes is to collect and treat stormwater for the entire estate as well as acting as a filtration system for the adjoining Mooloolah River National Park. As well playing a part in the environment the lakes also offer a lot of fun activities such as sailing, canoeing, motor boats and much more for all the family to enjoy.
The estate also consists of carefully sculptured parks and landscapes that are for the enjoyment of present and future generations. Eaton Park located in the Oxford Precinct offers a range of facilities and activities such as BBQ’s, playground equipment, sporting areas, fitness stations and gazebos which offers a range of equipment for people of all ages to enjoy.
The latest addition to Chancellor Park's outdoor lifestyle line up is the recently completed Berkley Park. This carefully crafted area comprises over 9,600 square metres of rolling turf featuring stone pitched walls and two park shelters suitable for that prefect family BBQ. The park also incorporates various timber bridges and pathways for the kids to explore while Mum or Dad "chill out" on one of the numerous park benches. The Pask Group is extremely proud of this new area so why not grab your bike and come down to experience the latest landscaping feature at Chancellor Park.
