The Sippy Downs Drive bridge over the Sunshine Motorway will be temporarily closed in both directions on Sunday 7 June 2020 from 8pm to 5am, weather permitting. Motorists will be detoured via the Dixon Road or Mons Road interchanges.
Some heavy machinery and equipment will be in use at night near the Bruce Highway at Steve Irwin Way in Glenview for culvert works, at the Sippy Downs interchange in Tanawha for saw cutting, and on Caloundra Road in Meridan Plains for asphalting. Nearby residents should expect an increase in construction noise.
